A rug is that defining piece of home décor which effortlessly transforms the entire space it is sitting in. It adds warmth, character, colour and texture, and cohesively anchors the decorative elements of an area. Rugs can decrease the noise in your space, they are way more comfortable than the hardwood or tiled floors in most of our homes, and most importantly, they can truly define a space. Wool rugs are incredibly durable, making them well suited to entries, hallways, kitchens and dining rooms. Lanolin, a naturally occurring oil in wool, makes wool rugs more resistant to stains than other materials.
Our felt rugs are entirely handmade and handstitched in Nepal. Pure New Zealand wool is used to make the felt balls, of which hundreds are tightly handstitched (not glued) together to create a single felt rug. Being handmade, you can be assured that no two felt ball rugs are identical, and each felt rug is unique. This 1m rug is approximately 2.5 cm thick to provide extreme comfort. Our felt ball mats are made with pure wool, and with a bit of love and care, they will last you a lifetime.

Felt ball rugs are relatively low maintenance.
Flip, shake and vacuum your rug on a regular basis to keep it dirt- and dust-free. It is recommended to use the nozzle of the vacuum cleaner instead of the brush as the bristles of the brush may be too hard for the felt.
Whilst we recommend to keep your felt ball rug dry, we understand that accidents can happen! Should you spill something on your rug, immediately blot with a paper towel until the liquid is absorbed. Use a piece of damp cloth in wool detergent to blot a heavier stain. Do not rub the area too hard.
We recommend an annual professional carpet cleaning.
Treat your rug with love and care and it will last you a lifetime!
Note: You may observe fine dust particles on your new rug which comes from the soap silt from the felting process. This will go away once you started using the rug for a while.

Covid-19 notice and information
Eco Dog & Cat will do our best to get our products to customers quickly. However, delays with all deliveries cannot be avoided with flights being grounded and customs clearances' changing frequently. Although our preferred shipping carrier is Australia Post for all international parcels, we will also monitor and choose the most reliable international shipping carrier with changing circumstances/needs to minimise potential delays. Eco Dog & Cat cannot guarantee delivery times and is not responsible for carrier delays. Please do allow additional time for delivery.
MISSING ITEMS
All of our shipments include a tracking number with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your delivery address, but you have not received your order, please contact your local post to investigate the issue.
We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the box has been delivered to your order address.
We will lodge an investigation request with Australia Post for all reports of a missing parcel. We will replace the lost item once the order is deemed lost by Australia Post. Please understand that we cannot offer a replacement during an ongoing investigation. Please get in touch with us at support@ecodogncat.com to initiate the process.
INCORRECT ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
The purchaser should ensure that they provide the correct shipping address. Failure to provide the correct delivery details may result in incorrectly delivered goods, undelivered goods and additional redirect or redelivery fees. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, so there is a tiny window to cancel or change the details of your order.
If you need to change your shipping address, please email us immediately at support@ecodogncat.com. We will try our best to make the changes before it ships out; however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so once it has started being fulfilled.
If your package gets returned to us due to the incorrect shipping address, you will be refunded for the product(s), not the shipping fee. Alternatively, we can ship your order to your correct address. The shipping fee will be invoiced to the customer before re-shipping your order.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM(S)
Email support@ecodogncat.com with your order number, and we will provide a return delivery address.
You would be responsible for all return shipping charges unless there was a fault at our end.
Your order will be assessed within 24 hours upon receipt. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed. Funds will be returned to the same account used to place the order. Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable except for faulty item(s) or incorrect product(s). Depending on your bank, this process may take 2-3 business days. If the product was received as a gift, the refund would be provided as store credit. There is no expiry for all store credit.
