Felt creations are low maintenance and can be cleaned by following our Care Guide.
General maintenance
From time to time, give them a gentle dust using vacuum or a lint roll.
Spot clean / Dry clean
They are best dry cleaned but can be spot cleaned. Rub the affected area in circular motions for stain removal using a damp cloth soaked with lukewarm soapy water. Rinse and allow to air dry, away from direct sunlight.
Loose wool fibers
Over time you may notice tiny piles of loose wool fibers, common for all wool products. Gently trim it with a pair of scissors.

If you don't love our creations, you can return your order within 30 days of purchase for a full refund in the original packaging. No questions ask!

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM(S)
Email support@ecodogncat.com with your order number, and we will provide a return delivery address.
You would be responsible for all return shipping charges unless there was a fault at our end.
Your order will be assessed within 24 hours upon receipt. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed. Funds will be returned to the same account used to place the order. Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable except for faulty item(s) or incorrect product(s). Depending on your bank, this process may take 2-3 business days. If the product was received as a gift, the refund would be provided as store credit. There is no expiry for all store credit.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders are not returnable and not refundable, as they are created just for you and not a stock item.
