Ethical Marketing Commitment

At Eco Dog & Cat, we believe that all marketing efforts should provide genuine value to our desired customers. Our aim is to inspire our customers to shop sustainably and establish long term relationships with our customers and furry friends.  

Our marketing efforts desire to capture our target audience's attention in a fun, creative and authentic way while earning their trust as a brand.

This statement shares our commitment to ethical marketing, and the following three pledges are what keep us accountable to this statement.  

#1 INTEGRITY

We do what we say we do. We are committed to honesty, integrity and transparency, and we pledge to only communicate what is true. We will provide evidence of our donations for all nonprofits we support upon request and will update information on our pages.

#2 INCLUSION

Our products are designed to provide value to anyone and everyone. We pledge to prioritise cultural and community sensitivity while maintaining cultural inclusion and ethnic diversity in our content marketing.

#3 PERMISSION

We pledge to only contact our target audience through ethical means, including email and SMS marketing that a person has consented to receive, legal display advertising and value-based content integration on partner platforms. We will never sell your information to anyone. We will provide credit to all photos and videos used for publication.
