RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please find out more about our product guarantee here.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong product so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards and custom orders.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
CANCELLATIONS
You may request order cancellation if the order has not shipped and is not a personalised item (e.g. eco postcard with your message) or customised order.
PRE-ORDERS
If your circumstances change and you need to cancel your pre-order, please let us know immediately. We will refund the deposit (less the fees charged to us by your nominated payment provider).
