You would be responsible for all return shipping charges unless there was a fault at our end. 

Your order will be assessed within 24 hours upon receipt. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed. Funds will be returned to the same account used to place the order. Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable except for faulty item(s) or incorrect product(s). Depending on your bank, this process may take 2-3 business days. If the product was received as a gift, the refund would be provided as store credit. There is no expiry for all store credit.

Dryer balls save you time, energy, and money and cut down on plastic while reducing your exposure to harmful chemicals. But what is the difference between wool and bamboo dryer balls?

Some groups and individuals have raised concerns that wool comes from sheep, which opens up a discussion for potential animal cruelty, but this can be avoided with diligence. Sheep need to be sheared to keep them healthy and comfortable once they don't have to carry the excessive heavy wool. They cannot shed wool on their own, so if left without shearing, they could get overheated and die, their wool could get infested with maggots and flies, or they could be weighed down that which restricts their movement. As long as you buy wool products from a cruelty-free source, it's a good thing for sheep.

In terms of efficacy and durability, they both provide the same results - they can last up to 1000+ loads and reduces drying time by 30%-50%. You can scent them with your favourite essential oil. They are both compostable at the end of life.

Bamboo dryer balls are needle-felted from naturally white bast bamboo fibre processed without any chemical. Therefore they will suit anyone that might be allergic to wool. They are washed with soap nuts to ensure safety for even the most sensitive skin.

Bamboo dryer balls are very soft and lightweight. Each ball weighs approximately 45 g and is about the same size as a tennis ball. In comparison, wool dryer balls are about 60 g. Being lighter, bamboo dryer balls won't add that 'tennis ball thumping' noise to your dryer as heavier wool dryer balls do.

PVC and tennis balls are made of plastic.
